You've been around the Sovereign Ecosystem. Maybe you cloned it. Maybe you skimmed the README. (The README is good. It's still a README.) Maybe you tried it once and got stuck between Claude and Obsidian. The setup is free and the docs are real, and some people would rather just have the help. That's the offer.

This is for you if you're already past the question of _whether_ to install it. You want it. You'd just rather not solo the first hour and the customization that follows.

The Two Hours

## Two sixty-minute sessions. Yours to use.

Some people come in with most of it installed and want straight customization. Some come in cold. The two hours flex to where you actually are.

Session 1

We start where you are. If you're cold, we install the stack: Claude Code, Obsidian, the Sovereign Ecosystem repo cloned into your own vault. If you've already done the prep, we move straight to customization. By the end of the hour, your AI is reading your notes and your notes are reading you back. Or we go deeper. Your call.

Session 2

A few days later, after you've lived with it. We tune it to the way you actually work. Skill loadout, vault structure, the hooks and routines that fit your week. You leave with a workspace that's yours, not a template someone else built.

The structure is loose on purpose. The two hours are yours.

## Common questions

**Do I need to be technical?**

No. Some people come in cold and walk out with the whole stack running. Others come in with a setup already and want help shaping it. Both work.

**What software gets installed?**

Claude Code, Obsidian, the Sovereign Ecosystem repo as a vault inside Obsidian. All free. You own the stack.

**Is this your setup or mine?**

Yours. The Sovereign Ecosystem is a starting point. Session 2 customizes it to the way you think and work.

**What if I've already installed most of it?**

Even better. We move straight to customization in Session 1 and go deeper in Session 2\. The two hours flex to where you actually are.

**Is this installation or advisory?**

Installation with a layer of orientation. Advisory is a different container at /one-on-one. Some people start with the install and graduate.
