Lane Belone

Lane Belone is a writer on the Infinite Game, a former Green Beret and co-author of Unleash Your Humble Alpha. He founded Side Quest HQ, where he builds The Alive Business and the playbooks, and leads workshops, Side Quests and private advisory for founders and leaders seeking coherence between their outer life and inner knowing.

My work blends grounded insight with a feel for what comes next. Whether it's a keynote, a workshop, a Side Quest or a focused advisory conversation, I care about work that feels alive and deeply human.

Some of the best work in life happens outside the usual script. Some opportunities ask for more presence and a more human way of moving. Side Quest HQ exists to create space for that kind of work.

Side Quest HQ is the practical container within the Infinite Game, where the philosophy meets real work. The Infinite Game is defined at Infinite Game OS, and Lane's writing lives at lanebelone.com.

I've led groups through high-altitude terrain in Peru, built sovereign workspaces for people doing real work, and sat across from founders at meaningful inflection points. The thread through all of it: the work is most alive when it's honest, embodied and real.
