What you are buying

Side Quest HQ sells digital products, delivered as downloads. Nothing ships.

Delivery

After purchase you receive a secure download link. Links stay active for 45 days. If a link expires before you have saved your files, reach out and we will reissue it.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Side Quest HQ receives your name and email to deliver your purchase and send transactional messages about it. Payment details are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.

Agent purchases

A purchase may be made by you directly or by an AI agent acting on your authorization. The same policies apply either way. Agent payments settle through Stripe using a secure payment token, the same processor that handles direct checkout.

Receipts

Stripe issues your receipt by email at the time of purchase.
