Returns and Refunds

Digital products

Everything sold here is a digital product, delivered instantly as a download. Because you receive the full product the moment you buy, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital purchases as a matter of course.

If delivery goes wrong

If a download fails, a link expires before you could use it or you received the wrong product, reach out. Delivery problems are ours to fix, and we will make sure you get what you paid for.

If something feels off

If you bought by accident or hit a genuine circumstance, reach out. A refund is not promised. We will look for a fair way to make it right.

Workshops

Workshop registrations are non-refundable after the registration date. If you can't attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with advance notice. If Side Quest HQ cancels a workshop, a full refund is issued.
