This site is operated by Side Quest HQ (Lane Belone), the trade name of the Side Quest Trust. By accessing this site, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. Editorial content (articles, essays and concept-style pages) is licensed under the terms below. Site code, design, images, branding and all commercial offerings (products, workshops, advisory services) remain the property of Side Quest Trust and are not covered by the editorial license.

Content license

Editorial content on this site is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). You are free to share, adapt, quote and build on editorial content for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that you give appropriate credit, link back to the source and indicate if changes were made.

The CC BY 4.0 license does not extend to: site design and code; images and photography; branding and logos; product pages and product content (Sovereign Life Playbook, Side Quest Playbook, Infinite Game OS Beta, any future paid products); workshop pages, materials and recordings; advisory page content; private email correspondence. These remain the property of Side Quest Trust and are not licensed for redistribution without written permission.

Site operator

This site is operated by Side Quest HQ (Lane Belone), the trade name of the Side Quest Trust. By purchasing or registering through this site, you are transacting with Side Quest HQ directly.

Payment processing

Purchases made on this site are processed by Stripe. When you complete a purchase here, your payment information is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy. Lane Belone, as the Stripe account holder, has access to transaction records including your name, email address and purchase amount. Not all arrangements with Lane Belone or Side Quest HQ involve on-site purchases. Private agreements are handled separately.

Data collected at checkout

When you complete a purchase, Side Quest HQ receives your name and email address. This information is used to manage your registration and to send you transactional communications relevant to your purchase (workshop confirmations, product downloads, advisory scheduling). If you opted in via a separate checkbox or invitation, you may also receive the Personal newsletter from Lane. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Workshop registrations

Workshop registrations are non-refundable after the registration date. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with advance notice. Workshop details, including venue and schedule, are subject to change. If a workshop is cancelled by Side Quest HQ, a full refund will be issued.

Advisory engagements

Private advisory work is governed by a separate agreement between Lane Belone and each client. No advisory relationship is established by submitting an inquiry form or visiting this site. Engagement terms, scope and pricing are agreed upon in writing before any advisory work begins.

No warranties

The information on this site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Side Quest HQ makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Side Quest Trust (operating as Side Quest HQ) and Lane Belone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any services described on it.
