What we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether there is a good fit for working together.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how people are finding and using the site. We do not use invasive tracking, and we do not sell or share analytics data with third parties.
Contact form data
Inquiry form submissions are handled through our CRM (HubSpot). By submitting a form, you agree that your information may be stored within HubSpot's systems for the purposes of managing our communication. HubSpot's own privacy policy applies to that data.
Purchase data
When you complete a purchase on this site, Stripe collects your payment information. Side Quest HQ receives your name and email address to manage your registration and to send you transactional communications relevant to your purchase. If you opted in via a separate checkbox or invitation, you may also receive the Personal newsletter from Lane. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Contact and purchase data is stored in the Kingdom's own Supabase database and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
